Jesień to czas grzybów. W Polsce wiele osób zbiera dzikie grzyby jadalne. Najbardziej popularne to borowiki zwane prawdziwkami (Boletus edulis Bull), podgrzybki (Xerocomus Quél.), i gąski (Tricholoma equestre (L.) P. Kumm). Oprócz grzybów chętnie zbieranych jest bardzo dużo gatunków jadalnych, ale niesmacznych lub o niewielkiej przydatności ze względu na wielkość lub rzadkość występowania.

Jednym z takich grzybów jest lakówka ametystowa (Laccaria amethystina (Huds.) Cooke) - mała, niesmaczna ale za to bardzo ładna i fioletowa! Wygląda niesamowicie.
One of such mushroom is Amethyst Deceiver (Laccaria amethystina (Huds.) Cooke) - small, unpalatable, but beautiful and purple! It looks amazing.
